can be made by credit/debit card including Visa Electron, cheque, and postal order. Overseas
Orders Customers
outside of the U.K can pay by credit or debit card. Unfortunately we cannot accept
cheques from outside of the U.K due to the high bank charges we would have to
pay in order to clear the cheque. Ordering

Alternatively request our telephone number and we will email it to you by reply. Traditional
Post (U.K only). Look up the product you would like and send us a cheque for
it's marked price including £2.95 postage (£6.95 for Special Delivery)

our secure shopping cart. Credit

are here to offer a service to our genuine customers not to fraudsters.
Orders are checked by Streamline our payment gateway before being processed. You
need to make sure that the address you give matches the address that your card
is registered to or the sale will not go through the server. It
is our aim to protect our customers and all card holders from thieves. All fraudulent
orders are reported to the Police and the card holder. We fully cooperate with
the authorities to prosecute and convict internet thieves.
Shipping We
endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders within the U.K can be
expected to arrive within 7 days - usually less. Upon receiving an order and we
are unable to deliver an item within 7 working days, we will contact you. There
is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per UK order regardless of
the amount of bags ordered, and for all UK orders over £50 the postage
and packaging is free. Delivery charges are calculated automatically by the shopping
cart, so the delivery method stating whether you are a UK customer or an international
customer should be selected by you, whereupon you will be informed of the delivery
charge and the total amount payable before confirming your order. All orders will
be sent by Recorded Delivery (Signed For) by UK Royal Mail. All
international orders have a delivery charge of £9.95 per item
and will be delivered by "UK International Signed For" (which means
delivery is confirmed to the address and not necessarily the named addressee). Pricing We
strive to offer our customers only top quality products at the best price possible.

Procedure If
you have been sent the incorrect goods please contact us by email:

reduce email spam our email address is displayed as an image not text - so it
cannot be copied by highlighting it. You will need to manually type in our email
address. Upon
receipt of your email we will instruct you on the return of the goods. If
the goods have been damaged in the post please contact us by email and we will
arrange for return and replacement. Should
you place an order by mistake and are unable to notify us before it is dispatched
we can offer a return and refund (subject to administration and carriage/shipping
charge) or exchange (subject to carriage/shipping charge). We are unable to accept
the item back if we are not notified within 5 days. In order to avoid disappointment,
and to keep your costs and ours down, we like to inform our customers when ordering
to please note the size and measurements of the handbag ordered, as the cost of
returning the item is your responsibility. Special
orders of non-stocked items are excluded from this policy and will be subject
to a handling charge. Items that are made to order cannot be returned unless damaged
or faulty, under such the item/s will be replaced/repaired out our cost. Handbags2go.com
can assume no responsibility for misuse, incorrect fitment or application by the
consumer. Or consequential loss resulting from a product that may have been damaged
in the post. Currency There
is a currency converter built into the shopping cart that will display the currency
in Pounds Sterling, Euros, and U.S. Dollars. When you submit your order you acknowledge
acceptance of the price difference between our currency and your currency (should
it be a different currency). Should
you later realise that £ Pounds Sterling are different to your currency
and wish to cancel your order once it has been processed we can charge you an
administarion fee for the order placement and subsequent processing. Customer
Privacy Customer
information is not sold, rented or sent to any other organisation - all orders
are automatically deleted from our server when your order is dispatched. Your
information is used only in conjunction with the processing of your orders, and
we only collect information when you provide it to us on our enquiry forms. You
can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any
inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you. We will
not email you in the furture unless you have given us your consent. We do not
send marketing emails to non-client email addresses. We use a statistics package
to track visitors to our website. This is anonymous information. Acceptance
